Usage: Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) twice daily after food or as directed by the physician. For better results, use consistently for 2-3 months. Seek a recommendation from an Ayurveda Doctor for long-term use.

If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with arishta and avoid taking it at night. Arishta is not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.

Note: For better results, you can take Khadirarishta with Kerala Ayurveda Manjishtadi Kwath (15 ml kwath with 20 ml Khadirarishta in 60 ml of lukewarm water twice a day after food).
