Return Policy

If the package is received as unsealed or damaged, then we will provide 100% refund or we will resend the new package as per the customer’s choice.

If any of the pack inside the box was unsealed, then we will process a 100% refund for the unsealed pack.

If any of the products are not in good condition, then we will process 100% refund.


Return Procedure

Send us a mail at [email protected] within a day requesting a refund explaining the exact reason. If needed, we will request a photo within 24 hours and the refund will be processed immediately once the necessary details are provided. We will make sure your refund process is hassle-free.



Any of the orders placed with will be subject to cancelation before shipping. Any cancelation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom-packed products that are packed especially for a customer. In such cases, the cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was canceled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed within a day of accepting the cancelation policy.
