We know that it is important to know when your package of products will be on their way and how it will arrive. At Aalamroots, we strive to get your order out the door and enjoy it as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and ship.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you’re excited, we are too! The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours, however, we ask that you allow up to 4 business days for processing during peak times such as holidays. Due to our beautiful small-town location, we are unable to ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Your estimated shipping time should be displayed in the email.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships out, however, once it has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

 

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed.

If the shipping address is wrong, our team will make every effort to assist you before the order is shipped. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team with your updated address.

WHAT IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PRODUCT BROKEN/DAMAGED?
We take full ownership of delivering the product at your hands in their best condition and quality.

If you receive the product in a broken/damaged stage, we offer you either a full refund or we will send the products again of your choice.

 

REFUND POLICY
If the product reached you in bad/damaged shape in shipment, we will refund or we will send you another package.

We request you to send a few photos/pictures of the damaged product.

 

SHIPMENT
Once the product is shipped we will share the tracking number with the receiver and you can track the package yourself. In the case of remote places, the nearest delivery location team may request you to come and collect the shipment so expect this.

If we are unable to deliver because of the wrong address or receiver unavailability, then the responsibility will be on the receiver’s side.
